Before co-founding Extrovertic, she was EVP, Managing Director at Glow Worm Consumer Health, an agency in the Publicis Healthcare Communication Group (PHCG). Joining the agency world in 2006, she served as SVP, Management Supervisor on AstraZeneca at Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare Communications, as well as PHCG’s AstraZeneca Navigator. Prior to that, she was VP, Consumer Marketing at Pfizer, working on such brands as Lipitor, Viagra, Zoloft, and Celebrex. Always an advocate of new thinking, Dorothy launched several renowned programs, including Pfizer for Living, which is featured in a Kellogg School of Management case study, Pfizer's award-winning Hispanic health program, Sana La Rana, and the widely acclaimed Pfizer Health Literacy initiative. She was named one of the 20 Most Influential People in DTC by Medical Marketing & Media, and was inducted into the Hall of PhAME in 2004.
